Terms of Service

General Information:
- You must give all credit of the artwork to me: RemidyTea.
- You are only purchasing the digital file.
- You do not have permission to reproduce and/or sell my work in any way, shape, or form. If you would like to commission me for commercial use, please mention so ahead of time as an additional fee will be added. (If you are confused on what types of commercial use, feel free to ask.)
- I will almost always try to provide a sketch. You can ask for progress checks along the way.
- Changes after the commission has been completed may be rejected depending on how difficult they are after completion.
- I reserve the rights of increasing the price if you request something of difficulty.
- I reserve the rights of cancelling your commission if I am unable to complete it. You will be properly refunded via PayPal transactions.
- By purchasing any of my services, you are automatically accepting my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won’t request PayPal chargebacks.Copyright and Usage Policy:
- As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it. For example: post/display the picture on other websites (giving you proper credit as the owner of characters that are yours), promote myself with it in any place, publish books with it.
- As a commissioner, you may: repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my page (with no profit purposes), print the art and even make whatever merchandise you wish as long as it is only for your personal use and not for sale, use it as decoration for your social media platforms as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.
- You are not allowed to: change, modify, trace, or use my artworks without my permission; reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially, take credit for the art.**Payment Process: **
- I will only accept PayPal (in USD).
- I require full payment before I start the artwork. A deal/plan can be made only if you have been a valuable customer of mine.
- Do not send me any kind of payment until I have fully accepted your commission request.
- If payment is not received in 72 hours after I ask for the payment, I will have to decline your commission request.Charges and Refunds:
- I will try to finish your commission ASAP, but please be patient with me. It can take me anywhere between one day and three months, depending on how busy I am.
- If I'm taking a bit long, you may ask how your commission is going. I will provide progress shots whenever asked.
- If you need your commission to be made by a certain date (for example, as a birthday present for someone), you must state it in your initial request. An extra fee may be charged due to giving your commission priority.
- Once the commission is finished, you may request for small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding small details I may have forgotten.
- I will accept, at most, 1 important change. This may include: an outfit change, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture. I have the right to decline any further changes, or to charge you an extra fee per change.
- If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear with your initial request.
- I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch, there will be no refund.
- If you file a chargeback against me on PayPal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the rights to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Also note that you will be blacklisted and you will not be able to purchase anything from me anymore. Your name and information will be publicly posted everywhere for others to watch out.
